We are Myka and Tony Raymond and we are the owners/photographers of Crazy Idea Photography!
Our company was founded in 2016 when the two of us, both teachers by weekday and photographers in the evenings, weekends, and summers, realized that some of our students were unable to afford the high cost some of the bigger photography studios were charging to take senior pictures. We felt that no student should go without their senior photo in the yearbook or be forced to use the standard ID card “mug shot” taken at the beginning of the year. That’s when we came up with a “crazy idea” – let’s set out to make photography affordable.
So we did.
From senior photos and headshots to family portraits and sports team photography, we strive to work with you to capture the spirit and character of you and your family.
Natives of Colorado, we love the outdoors and enjoy capturing images of the world around us. The photos in our gallery showcase our love for flowers, landscapes, and wildlife. You may even see a few “creative” shots in there just for fun. Our style is casual and relaxed, yet we strive to provide you with a high quality product — a photographic memory that will last a lifetime!
